Refund & Cancellation

Cypher Encryptecl CyberGuard LLP is committed to delivering high-quality cybersecurity services, training, and solutions. Due to the nature of our offerings, refunds and cancellations are subject to specific conditions.

2.1 Cancellation Before Course Start

• Cancellations requested before the commencement of the training program may be eligible for a partial refund.
• A processing fee may be deducted from the total amount paid.

2.2 Cancellation After Course Start

• Once the training program has started, no refunds will be provided.
• Access to course materials will remain available for the specified duration of the program.

2.3 Rescheduling

• Requests for batch transfers or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the management.

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 working days before the scheduled service date.
• Cancellations made within 7 working days of the service date may incur a cancellation fee.
• Once the service delivery has commenced, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained.
• All deliverables provided during the engagement are considered final unless stated otherwise in the contract.

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• Cancellations made more than 15 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 15 days of the event.
• Substitutions (sending a different participant) may be allowed with prior written notice.

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@encryptecl.com.
• Each refund request will be reviewed within 7-10 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 15-20 business days.

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Certification exam fees (once scheduled or attempted)
• Downloaded digital content or resources
• Custom or personalized services
• Any service or product explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, Cypher Encryptecl CyberGuard LLP reserves the right to:

• Reschedule the service or program
• Offer credit for future services
• Provide partial or full refunds at its discretion

All approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days from the date of approval. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
